  • Spanakopita — Phyllo layered with spinach onion and feta cheese, served with basmati rice
  • Grilled pork tenderloin — With sweet potato mash, braised collard greens, and apple chutney
  • Beef fricassee — Braised beef with cipollini onions and button mushroom over soft polenta
  • Grilled chimichurri hangar steak — With roasted root vegetable hash and grilled asparagus
  • Pan-seared rainbow trout — With black eyed pea succotash and red pepper coulis

  • Hot fudge brownie — With vanilla ice cream and fresh berries
  • Pumpkin & pecan bread pudding — With caramel sauce
