Course one

Choose one

  • Herb chicken with spring veggies soup
  • House salad— Mixed field greens, grape tomato, cucumber, carrot and choice of dressing.
  • Traditional caesar salad— Hearts of romaine, homemade caesar dressing, parmesan, and croutons.
  • Veggie stir fry— Broccoli, onion, peanut, golden raisins, and balsamic vinegar.

Course two

Choose one

  • Grilled pork tenderloin— Mashed sweet potatoes and apple fennel slaw, finished with a chive pistou.
  • Green curry shrimp— Shitake mushrooms, red grapes and basil, over Jasmine rice.
  • Lump crab cakes— Andouille cucumber slaw, crispy fried leeks, and Creole remoulade.
  • Grilled New York strip— Red-skinned mashed potatoes, braised mustard greens, and a gorgonzola demi glaze.
  • Potato crusted salmon— Charred scallions, grilled asparagus, finished with lemon caper butter.
