The Dominion Club’s new owner teeing up major upgrades

Heritage Golf Group will invest in over $2 million in renovations to the club, built in the early ’90s.

The Dominion Club, a private country club in the Far West End and centerpiece of the planned community, Wyndham, was sold by its original owner last month.

HHHunt, a development company which built the club–and the surrounding community–in the early 1990s, fought a long battle with members who were owed a return on their initiation deposits, among other legal disputes, eventually driving the club into bankruptcy.

New owner, West Coast-based Heritage Golf Group, which closed on the club and its surrounding golf course acreage for just under $6 million last month, plans over $2 million in renovations to club facilities and grounds in the coming months.
