City of Richmond offices will be closed this Thursday and Friday in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. The City’s Solid Waste Management Division will not operate on Thursday, November 27, but will resume collection for residents on Friday, November 28. The holiday schedule is as follows:
- Refuse collection routes operating on their regularly scheduled Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday service dates will not be affected.
- Trash pick-up regularly scheduled for Thursday and Friday will be delayed by one day. Therefore, Thursday routes will be serviced on Friday and Friday routes will be serviced on Saturday.
- The East Richmond Road Convenience Center will be closed Thursday, November 27; reopening Friday, November 28 at 7 a.m.
