  • Crispy Tuscan shrimp — With fra diavolo sauce.
  • Kalamata olive tapenade and goat cheese canapes
  • Golden beet carpaccio — Apple-watercress salad with blue cheese-walnut vinaigrette.
  • Bitter greens and fresh orange salad — with orange vinaigrette and toasted almonds.

Course two

Choose one

  • Blackened shrimp — Over house made pappardelle with lobster alfredo, tomatoes, and fresh peas.
  • Salmon au poivre — With Gewurztraminer poached grapes, roasted pepper cous cous cake, and sauteed bitter greens.
  • Sliced sirloin — With beurre rouge, blue cheese-mozzarella-potato gratin, crispy leek, and haricot vert saute.
  • Pork tenderloin — Stuffed with Spanish chorizo and cabrales cheese, orange pan sauce, lentil-chickpea cake, and wilted baby arugula.
  • Ratatouille-stuffed eggplant — With marinara, house made crispy grand gnocchi, shaved parmigiano-reggiano.
