The Southern Barton Heights Community Association has launched a new website (www.sbhca.org) and the community has launched a new Neighborhood Watch group. In addition, the association has named new officers: Ralph Harris has been named president; Charlotte Edwards has been named vice president; Jeff Waddell has been named treasurer; Jamal Brooks has been named recording secretary; and Cindy Mims has been named corresponding secretary.
