“Sister to Sister” meeting on neighborhood crime

You’ve probably noticed a recent spike in crime on the southside including two shootings near schools. You’re not the only that has noticed and the two Councilwomen for the area are holding a meeting to discuss the situation with concerned citizens.

All Richmond Southside 8th Voter District and Richmond South Central 9th Voter District residents are invited and encouraged to attend as Reva M. Trammell, Councilwoman, for Southside 8th District, and Michelle R. Mosby, Councilwoman, South Central 9th District, will hold a meeting to discuss crime.

The meeting will be Tuesday, June 3rd, 6:00 – 7:30 PM at the Richmond Social Services Building at the Southside Plaza (4100 Hull Street).

Special guests for the meeting will be Richmond Police Chief Ray J. Tarasovic and Command Staff from the Richmond Police Department.
