  • Wild mushroom tart — An oyster, shiitake, and white mushroom blend with sherry caramel sauce and house-made fruit chutney
  • Shoyu ramen — Braised pork belly, Mirin shrimp, wheat noodles, Dashi broth, pickled carrot, topped with a soft-boiled egg

Course two

Choose one

  • Pan seared chicken breast — Organic chicken breast with caramelized squash risotto, broccolini, and shiitake pan jus
  • Five spice pork tenderloin — With grit cake, baby bok choy, cashews, carrots, and ginger soy drizzle
  • Shell pasta — Bombolini shells with Sausage Craft chorizo, peppers, onions, peas, ricotta, Parmesan, and marinara

Course three

Choose one

  • Flourless chocolate torte — Served over a vanilla crème Anglaise, chocolate ganache sauce, and a scoop of house-spun vanilla bean
  • Crème Brulee — A vanilla custard infused with citrus essence
