Police identified the man who was found shot at the scene as Marcell A. Patron Jr., 31, of the 2100 block of West Cary Street. Patron was charged with attempted murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
Investigators had asked the public to help them find a second suspect, Harry Bryce Franklin, 24, whose last known address is in the 3200 block of Edgewood Avenue. Police confirmed Tuesday that Franklin has been arrested.
