The Board of the Petersburg City Public Schools will hold a public hearing on the Board Policy Manual on Wednesday, November 5th at 6 p.m., at Vernon Johns Junior High School. Policies to be discussed will be, Section A: Foundations and Basic Committments; and Section B: School Board Governance and Operations. (The current policy manual can be accessed at the Petersburg City Public Schools website.)
The regular Board Meeting will follow at 7 p.m., also at Vernon Johns Junior High School. The regular Board Meeting agenda will be made public closer to the meeting date.
