HOW DID YOUR VENTURE START?

Working in restaurants for almost 25 years, I have consistently noticed that is hard to correctly clean and sanitize knives. Sometimes the kitchen is not set up in a manner to do it quickly, or at all, and sometimes the kitchen staff is just uneducated about food safety, or they don’t do it because it simply not easy to do. Sani-blade is a quick and easy solution to keeping your knife blades clean and sanitized.

HOW WILL YOU USE THE $10,000 CASH PRIZE TO HELP YOUR START-UP?
