  • Wedge salad — Iceberg lettuce, bacon, tomato, and blue cheese
  • Sam’s famous crab soup — With lump crab, creamy blend, sherry, and house spices

Course two

Choose one

  • Tenderloin oscar — Grilled tenderloin medallions topped with asparagus, lump crab, and béarnaise sauce
  • Bacon wrapped filet and salmon — Grilled north Atlantic salmon served with chef accompaniments
  • Main sampler — Baked half of Maine lobster stuffed with our crab imperial atop a sweet potato hash
  • Surf & turf — Grilled tenderloin medallions paired with lump crab cake and sauces
