  • Lobster bisque — Creamy soup with lobster, butter, and a hint of sherry and cayenne pepper
  • Sam’s famous crab soup — Lump crab, creamy blend, sherry, and house spices
  • Curry mussels — Sautéed with shallots and served in a coconut curry cream sauce with toasted Billy Bread
  • Roasted beet salad — With fresh baby spinach, shallots, goat cheese, roasted golden beets, and sweet and spicy walnuts

Choose one

  • Cioppino — Classic seafood stew with mussels, jumbo gulf shrimp, scallops, and jumbo lump crab in a tomato garlic wine broth
  • Sam miller’s signature crabcake — Jumbo lump crabcake with our signature spice blend over edamame and sweet corn succotash with a cranberry dijon mustard
  • Bacon-wrapped filet — Served with butter-glazed mushroom buerre rouge over roasted herbed fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus
  • Roasted salmon — Served with lemon dill buerre blanc over aged parmesan risotto and grilled asparagus
  • Creole-blackened chicken pasta — Served in a roasted tomato and spinach creamy creole sauce
