  • Sam’s famous crab doup — With lump crab, creamy blend, sherry, and house spices
  • Charred ahi — Served medium rare with ginger soy slaw

Course two

Choose one

  • Tenderloin oscar — Grilled tenderloin medallions topped with asparagus, lump crab, and béarnaise, served with fingerling potatoes
  • 1/2 crab-stuffed Maine lobster — Served atop red onion and bacon has potatoes and asparagus
  • Lobster gnocchi — Served in a creamy blue crab tomato sauce and topped with asparagus
  • Surf & turf — Grilled tenderloin medallions paire with Sam’s famous lump crab cake, served with asparagus, fingerling potatoes, and tomato chutney

Course three

Choose one

  • Key lime pie — With an oreo crust
  • Caramel bourbon bread pudding a la mode
  • Crème brûlée cheesecake — With fresh berries
