  • Warm spicy pumpkin soup with creme fraiche and pumpkin seed oil garnish
  • Fried benne seed crusted calamari with watercress and cilantro pesto
  • Wedge salad with buttermilk bleu cheese, applewood bacon, cherry tomatoes, and cumin vinaigrette

Course two

  • Baked beef tenderloin meatloaf with broccoli rabe, mashed potatoes, and red pepper relish
  • Coastal Carolina shrimp and grits with Tasso ham gravy and grilled onion
  • Seared amberjack with broccoli rabe, peppers, roasted potatoes, and lemon- rosemary vinaigrette
  • Braised beef short ribs with collard greens and sweet potato steak fries
