- Pan seared crab cakes with chesapeake remoulade, red skin mashed potatoes, asparagus
- Cast iron seared petit mignon with red skin mashed potatoes, asparagus, herb-garlic butter
- Blackened mahi-mahi with tropical fruit salsa, sautéed spinach, coconut risotto, plantain chips
- Grilled pork chop with red skin mashed potatoes, whiskey buttered apples, sautéed spinach, cider reduction
- Miso glazed salmon with orange blossom sticky rice, braised bok choy, soy reduction
