  • Alligator gumbo with chicken and andouille sausage served over rice.
  • Mixed greens salad with dried cherries and honey vinaigrette topped with baked brie wrapped in a puff pastry
  • Button mushrooms stuffed with goat cheese and grapes with parmesan in a port wine reduction
  • Rapphannock River fried oysters with curried crème fraîche and shaved fennel
  • Pork shoulder roasted with oranges and jalapeños served on a black bean cake with tomato salsa

Course two

Choose one

  • Roasted chicken breast stuffed with oysters on white beans with country ham and sweet and sour kale
  • Fried catfish over crawfish étouffée, rice and grilled ramps
  • Grilled sirlion topped with pimento cheese and onion straws over butter milk mashed potatoes
  • Pan seared scallops with tomato coulis over mascarpone grits and crispy collards
  • Wild mushroom and root vegetable ragoût topped with cheesy spoon bread

  • Apple pie with sweet potato ice cream
