• Sauteed calamari with roasted tomato, capers, feta and kalamata olive aioli
• Shrimp and smithfield ham fritter with fuji apple tartar sauce
• Three onion soup with comte’ cheese crostini

Course two

Choose one

• Rigatoni with creamy mascarpone mushroom sauce
• Blackened salmon with crayfish etouffee and succotash
• Cinnamon seared pork tenderloin over butternut hash with pear and cranberry ragout
• “Cog au Vin” free range chicken braised in red wine, chicken jus and autumn root vegetables
