• Roasted Red Pepper Bisque
• Mixed Green Salad with mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, almonds, smoked gouda, and roasted pepper vinaigrette
• Tomato and Mozzarella Bruchetta: grilled ciabatta, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and balsamic reduction
• Hummus Plate: black bean hummus, feta, vegetables and toasted pita bread
• Lobster Dip: lobster meat, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, cream cheese, fresh dill, and fried tortillas
• Sesame Seared Rare Tuna with pickled vegetables, sweet chili sauce and wasabi glaze
• Salt and Pepper Calamari with spicy honey, rum and lime dipping
• Thai Grilled Chicken Lettuce Wraps coconut curry noodles, julienned vegetables, sweet cilantro vinaigrette and spicy pepper sauce
• Buffalo Shrimp with blue cheese sauce
