• Duck confit, sweet potato gnocchi, sage brown butter sauce, pomegranate reduction
• Chilled calamari and octopus salad, tuscan kale, local peppers, pumpkin seeds, plantain chips, spiced avocado crema * Local apple and pear salad, mixed lettuces, candied pecans, Great Hill Blue cheese, muscadine grape vinaigrette

Course two

• Sauteed local rockfish, parmesan cauliflower risotto, roasted cauliflower, and local baby carrots, fresh basil parmesan sauce
• Cider braised lamb shank, butternut squash, roasted gala apples, cippolini onions, spiced date lamb jus
