Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the persons responsible for setting fire to two vehicles in the Fan recently.

Both incidents occurred around 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 3. The first was in the 2300 block of Park Avenue and the second in the 100 block of Strawberry Street. Both times, a parked, unoccupied vehicle was set on fire and destroyed.

The suspects are described as two white males between the ages of 19 and 25, approximately 105 pounds to 120 pounds with dark hair. They can be seen in the surveillance video […] (ON THE RPD FACEBOOK)

Detectives are asking anyone with any information about this crime to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000 or Detective Trisha Brown at (804) 646-6130. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip. Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
