The Richmond Police Department is asking again for the public’s help in finding a missing person.
Clarence Wise Harris Jr., 59, was last seen March 2 at his residence in the 4900 block of Old Brook Road. Harris has dementia and a history of wandering away, according to his family. He also is legally blind. Harris is known to frequent the area of Chamberlayne and Azalea avenues.
Harris is a black male, about 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 160 to 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white v-neck, short-sleeve sweater, khaki pants and white tennis shoes.
Anyone who may have seen Harris or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call the Richmond Police Department at 646-5100.
