Police seek person of interest in robbery

The incident occurred at 10:55 PM Sunday, July 27th in the 800 block of North 30th Street.

The police are looking for a little help with identifying the individual above.

Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to find and identify a person of interest in connection with an armed robbery in the city’s East End.

At approximately 10:55 p.m. on Sunday, July 27, a woman was walking in the 800 block of North 30th Street when an unknown male robbed her at gunpoint.

After further investigation, detectives have identified a person of interest shown in the attached surveillance photos.

Anyone with any information about this individual’s identity is asked to call Detective Calvin Layne at (804) 646-0698 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip. Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
