The picture doesn’t give you much to go on but perhaps you saw something.

From RPD:

Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify the suspects in the attached photo, who vandalized several cars in the Fan earlier this month.

On March 6 and March 7, four victims reported parking their cars in the 2300 block of West Cary Street and returning later that day or the following morning to find their vehicle damaged. They reported the driver’s side mirrors had been broken off the car. One victim noted there was similar damage to several other cars on the street.

Detectives ask anyone with any information about the identity of these individuals to call Third Precinct Detective Eric Sandlin at (804) 646-1010 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637 using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip or submit a tip online at www.7801000.com. All Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
