The next meeting of the Petersburg Republican Committee will be on Thursday, February 12th at 5:30 at the Ramada Plaza Hotel, (downstairs near the Bistro Café), 380 E Washington St (I-95 exit at Washington St), Petersburg. VA. The agenda will include selection of a date for the Petersburg Republican Mass Meeting this March to select our city’s delegates to the Republican Party of Virginia Convention (May 29-30).
At the statewide convention the delegates will choose the Republican candidates for Governor, Lieutenant Governor and Attorney General in the November 2009 elections.
On the occasion of the 200th Anniversary of President Abraham Lincoln’s birth, refreshments will be served.
All committee members are encouraged to attend.
Also, all area Republicans are invited to join the PRC at the weekly fellowships held each Saturday at 8:00 AM at the Ramada Plaza Hotel Bistro Café ($5 for breakfast).
