“A Nissan Maxima, driven by an adult female, was traveling eastbound when her vehicle struck the victim.” Should read: “An adult female was driving a Nissan Maxima eastbound when she struck the victim with her car.” Whatever the circumstances, I assure you that the vehicle did not cause the incident. People drive cars. Sometimes they hit people or other cars with those cars. We should write sentences that clearly state that PEOPLE are driving these cars, otherwise we hide the fault with our words.

  2. I knew this young man and he faced a lot of tragedies in his life. I think is very unfair that he was struck by this vehicle and I have nothing about the insurance company paying for anything. I just saw happen to know that every fundraiser for his cremation. Lately I’ve heard of a lot of cases like this and it’s really sad. Just because of family is ignorant and don’t know this is pursuit insurance company doesn’t mean insurance company should not contact the family.
