  • Pan-seared rockfish — With tomato mushroom risotto, Brussels sprouts, roasted garlic-lemon butter
  • Pan-seared scallops — With caramelized onion saffron risotto, bacon, and apple butter
  • Cast-iron seared filet mignon — With whipped potatoes, asparagus, red wine demi glace
