Bring your friend, partner, or family for a fun, active way to develop trust and improve communication as you work together to stretch and strengthen your bodies. This workshop is not about perfectly executing a yoga pose, but instead learning to enjoy and flow into the yoga poses together. No yoga experience is necessary – all levels welcome! Enrollment is limited! $35.00 for studio members, $40 for non members!
