The Petersburg Music Festival, Inc. and the Petersburg Festival Chorus will hold a pancake breakfast to raise funds for their annual fall concert season. The breakfast will be held at Trinity United Methodist Church, 215 S. Sycamore St., Petersburg on Saturday, October 25 from 8 to 11 a.m. The cost is $5 per person.

The breakfast will be served in the church social hall, which is entered through the rear of the building on the south side of the church. The chorus members will serve pancakes, sausage, fried apples, orange juice, tea and coffee.

Bob Bates, long-time member of the Petersburg Festival Chorus, will be performing various tunes on the piano during the fundraiser.

Proceeds from the breakfast will help support the annual Christmas concert that will be held on December 13, 2008, as well as other holiday events in the area.

The Petersburg Festival Chorus is the resident chorus of Richard Bland College and performs for various audiences in and around the Tri-City area. For more information on the breakfast or the Chorus, please call Ginia Sullivan at (804) 862-3706.
