Councilwoman Kathy Graziano, Southwest 4th District, Richmond City Council and the Huguenot Neighborhood Team are jointly sponsoring a public discussion regarding the proposed Shockoe Center Development, a ballpark and mixed use development in Shockoe Bottom. The meeting will include a presentation and question and answer period with the developer.
The Shockoe Bottom development proposal was submitted to the city simultaneously with a proposal for the development of a 60-acre tract of land surrounding the Diamond on North Boulevard. Perhaps the developers will shine new light on the North Richmond project during the public session.
