Highwoods Properties, the lead developer behind both the proposed Shockoe Bottom baseball development and the North Boulevard development around the current ball field, has been pitching its wares all over the Shockoe/Church Hill area in recent months.
I wonder when they’re going to come to Northside and discuss their mixed use development proposal for the 60+ acres of city-owned land along the Boulevard?
