New restaurant, five-story medical complex coming to Short Pump

New additions coming to Towne Center West, adjacent to Short Pump Town Center

Virginia Beach-based developer The Breeden Company today reported more than $4 million in land sales transactions connected to its Towne Center West development near Short Pump Town Center.

BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse purchased an outparcel for a 8,376 square foot establishment, already under construction along West Broad Street. The chain has more than 100 locations across the country.

The Stanley Shield Partnership bought another 4.11 acres and will construct a 109,000 square foot, five-story medical building later this summer. The building will be the first in a series planned within the development.

The aforementioned entities will join the Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa, Ethan Allen, Virginia Eye Institute, and a number of retail and restaurants, along with the 842 unit Reflections of West Creek and Marshall Springs at Gayton West apartment complexes.
