The wooded lots at 24th/Jefferson/M Street are being cleared. The lot is owned by Dillard Tupponce, who purchased the land from John W. Pearsal III (related?) in 2009. Tupponce owns a number of properties in the area, notable the building that currently houses Johnson’s Southern Comfort.
