Word on the street is Michael Ripp, bro of Chris Ripp (Can Can) and former Havana ‘59 guru, is jumping back into the world of restaurants, this time in Carytown just down from his brother’s establishment.

On the corner of Belmont & Cary, there’s an empty storefront (I think, next to the Compleat Gourmet). This will supposedly to be where Cin-Cin (pronounced chin-chin) is going to be.

Rumor has it small plates and Italian-influenced fare are in the works.
