- Red wine braised beef cheek — Cippolini onions, carrots, fennel seed puff pastry.

- Seasonal pan seared fish — Fennel-blue cheese gratin, wilted spinach, grain mustard beurre blanc.
- Miso glazed stuffed quail — Apple and cabbage stuffing, carrot puree, soy-honey caramel.
- Grilled petite Teres Major steak, — Caramelized onion mashed potatoes, asparagus, balsamic brown butter.
- Warm white bean salad — Carrots, leeks, apricots, Kalamata olives, arugula, smoked tomato béchamel.

- Granny Smith apple fritters — With rhubarb compote.
- Chocolate peanut pate — Brandied apricots, cayenne glass.
