  • Grilled naan salad — With braised lamb, feta cheese, local greens, and cucumber raita
  • Fried frog legs — With spring slaw, bbq sauce and, house buttermilk ranch
  • Braised short rib or tempura avocado taco — With salsa fresca, cabbage, and white sauce
  • Fried va oysters — With cocktail sauce and lemon

Course two

Choose one

  • Carolina shrimp and grits — With Byrdmill grits, tasso ham, and parmesan cheese
  • Pan seared chicken breast — With goat cheese, baby carrots, and cauliflower mashed potatoes
  • Virginia seasonal fish — With ricotta gnocchi, kale & sundried tomato pesto, and spinach
  • Beef wellington — With chive mashed potatoes, local mushrooms, asparagus, and demi
