The Carillon Advisory Committee and Richmond’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities will host a Memorial Day ceremony on Mon., May 26, at 4 p.m. at the World War I Carillon in Byrd Park.

The program will feature a concert on the World War I Memorial Carillon bells, presentation of colors by the Franklin Military Academy Color Guard, guest speakers representing the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and vocal selections by the Trophies of Grace. Pastor Keith Bryan will offer the invocation and benediction.

The Memorial Day celebration will continue with a concert on the Dogwood Dell stage at 7:30 p.m. featuring The Virginians Barbershop Chorus.
