“Mean Girls” at Quirk Gallery tonight
Beware of the plastics.
The free Lawn Chair Movie series at Quirk Gallery is back tonight with one of the most quotable movies of all times, “Mean Girls.” Written by Tina Fey, “Mean Girls” highlights the drama of teen politics in high including the cliques, the frenemies, the burn books, and the Plastics.
Doors open at 7:00 PM and the movie will begin around sundown in the parking lot next to Quirk. Bring your own lawn chairs and blankets. Don’t forget to dress up for the movie-themed costume contest. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase.
In the case of inclement weather, the movie will be shown indoors at Quirk.
The Lawn Chair Movie series is hosted by Quirk Gallery and produced in partnership with 1708 Gallery, Steady Sounds, Black Iris, Verdalina, Backstage and Lift Coffee.
