May 2013 declared to be Bicycling Month in Richmond

City Council tonight recognized May as Bicycle Month in Richmond, the 3rd week in May as Bicycle to Work Week, and May 17 as Bike to Work Day. Richmond is said to have the highest percentage of bicycle commuters in Virginia.
