It all began just after 9 p.m. Saturday when officers were called to the 2500 block of Rosetta Street for a domestic dispute between a man and a woman. We’re told while the female was being interviewed by police downstairs, the man locked himself in an apartment upstairs.
When the building’s smoke detectors went off, fire was seen coming from the upstairs room where the male was located.
