Man arrested after pointing laser at police plane near Freeman High School
Michael Pollock was arrested for the offense Saturday evening following a brief investigation.
A Henrico man has been arrested after he pointed a laser at a police plane flying over the West End of Henrico.
Michael Pollock was arrested Saturday night and charged with pointing light from a laser at an aircraft according to arrest reports.
The crime is a federal offense and can carry a penalty of up to five years in prison.
