  • Peppered eggplant — A stir-fry of chicken and jalapeno in a garlic sauce over a fried eggplant.
  • Beef curry peanut noodle — Stir fried rice noodles with beef, onions, peas, carrots, and eggs in a peanut curry sauce.
  • Green curry shrimp — Potatoes, carrots, onions, bamboo, green peppers, and peas in a green curry.
