We tried to see him when we were in New Orleans last year but the show got canceled! I feel so lucky that he’s going to be here! Please, pretty please– I’m crossing my fingers…I can’t wait!

As of now, Maceo Parker’s show at Toad’s Place has been canceled due to the venue’s “continued serious default on rental payment and other obligation under the Jan. 18, 2006 … lease agreement.” I’m waiting to hear about any chance of relocation. Check back soon.
RVAjazz…. did they tell you anything about refunds? I have a ticket to the upcoming Neko show in my wallet right now. :*(
The Neko Case show is not canceled. The show will go on! The only shows that were canceled were Busta Rhymes and Maceo Parker. Tickets for those shows are being refunded at the point of purchase. But you should be good!
RVAjazz… OK thanks. :) I hope they can survive as a venue. I was planning on the Ratatat and Ted Leo shows too! BTW, I love your Google calendar of jazz events. Nice work.
