What does your start-up business do?

People increasingly want to create positive change with their consumption. Today’s conscious consumers will shape tomorrow’s mainstream. Love This is a mobile retail shop that fosters this desire by promoting responsibly crafted products throughout Richmond. We forge relationships with design influenced changemakers to curate our collection of quality accessories, clothing & home decor. At Love This, you can shop responsibly while embracing your style.

How did your venture start?

Love This was created because we are responsible shoppers, but haven’t found a shop dedicated to social, environmental, and economic well-being in Richmond whose aesthetic matches our style. We also acknowledge the growth of conscious consumers and the increasing demand for products that are well designed, but also have a positive impact in the world. It is just a matter of time before a shop with these offerings exists, and we believe we are the ones to bring it to Richmond!

How will you use the $10,000 cash prize to help your start-up?

Love This will use the cash prize to purchase and renovate an Airstream as our mobile retail shop, invest in inventory, and develop our website for online sales.
