  • Seared scallop — Beetroot-cauliflower puree, baby arugula-granny smith apple, homemade vinaigrette

  • Shrimp mappas curry — Freshwater prawns, coconut cream-shallot sauce, kokum-mustard seeds, asparagus
  • Nadru ke kofte lotus stem-organic veg. croquettes — Slow cooked tomato-cashew cream sauce
