  • Lamb galouti kabab — Minced lamb kabab, mango ginger chutney, shaved vegetables

  • Chicken curry Delhi eshtyle — Classic chicken curry from old delhi’s pahadganj region
  • Rampuri chaman ghost — Slow cooked leg of lamb morsels, yogurt-cilantro-garam masala sauce
  • Paneer kale ka salan — Homemade indian cheese, shitake mushrooms, local kale, cumin, coriander, turmeric tempering
  • Seafood moilee — Fish of the day / prawns, coconut, ginger, mustard seeds, curry leaves, kashmiri chilis
