Choose one

  • Spinach-arugula “chaat” — Pomegranate, crisped Potatoes, Chaat Dressing, Sev.
  • Ghost chili infused paneer tikka — Mango-pineapple sasam, granny smith-avocado “kachumber”.
  • Mussels rougaille a la pondicherry — Prince Edward Island mussels, Sauce “rougail”, curry leaf-garlic scented plantain frites.
  • Chatpata chicken “soti-boti” — Spiced chicken thigh-onion fritters- skewered, banana-tamarind chutney, chaat masala daikon.

Course two

Choose one

  • Kaddu-poori “roll” — Mustard-fenugreek spiced pumpkin, fried wheat bread, tomato-honey sauce, toasted coconut.
  • “Bhindi-Chilgoza” prawns — Crispy okra and leeks, pine nuts, ginger-beet jus.
  • Chicken curry “goan style” — Coconut-peppercorn pulao.
  • Lamb chettinadu — Lamb morsels, chettinadu sauce, coconut-peppercorn pulao.
