Henrico County’s first Memorial Day Parade will kick off at 2:00pm this Monday on Lakeside Avenue. The action starts at the corner of Lakeside and Dumbarton, and will travel north on Lakeside to Hilliard Road (ending at Hillard and Cottage Street). Grab a lawn chair and join the merchants of Lakeside Avenue and your North Richmond neighbors for this special event. There will be refreshments available at the end of the parade at Lakeside Elementary School, and along the parade route.
