  • Salmone al pepe rosa — Sautéed filet of Atlantic salmon with pink peppercorns in a dark Balsamic vinegar reduction sauce
  • Vitello marsala — Sautéed veal scallopine with mushrooms finished in a marsala wine sauce
  • Petto di pollo ai pomodori secchi e carciofi — Sautéed chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes in a brandy cream sauce
  • Quaglia ripiena — One roasted boneless quail stuffed with Italian sausage and fresh sage in natural pan juices
