- Scallopini di tacchino alla zingara — Sautéed turkey breast scallopini with ham, mushrooms, bell peppers, gherkins, and shallots in a marsala black truffle sauce
- Petto di pollo ai pomodori secchi e carciofi — Sautéed chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes in a brandy cream sauce
- Lonza di maiale all’ agrodolce — Roasted pork loin with raisins, apples and roasted pearl onions
