  • Fettuccine primavera — Homemade fettuccine with mixed fresh vegetables in cream sauce
  • Pesce spada alle mandorle — Sword fish steak with roasted almonds in a lemon butter sauce
  • Scallopini di tacchino alla zingara — Sautéed turkey breast scallopini with ham, mushrooms, bell peppers, gherkins, and shallots in a marsala black truffle sauce
  • Petto di pollo ai pomodori secchi e carciofi — Sautéed chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes in a brandy cream sauce
  • Lonza di maiale all’ agrodolce — Roasted pork loin with raisins, apples and roasted pearl onions

  • Coconut cake — Homemade sponge cake with layers of pastry cream and coconut
  • Pera cotta al vino rosso — Poached pear filled with mascarpone cheese and candy fruit in a red wine sauce
  • Tiramisu — Lady fingers soaked in espresso and Marsala wine layer with mascarpone cheese and shaved chocolate
